- What the free plan includes: recording with no bot in the call on macOS, Windows, the web and Linux (beta), live transcription in 60+ languages with speaker separation (Me vs Other: your microphone vs the call audio), AI summaries and action items, the full Lenses library, calendar sync, chat across your notes, and the audio kept with every note so you can press play on any transcript line.
- The limits are per note and per month: a recording can run up to 1 hour, transcription adds up to 10 hours a month (dictation counts toward it), and storage tops out at 2 GB. When you reach a limit the app tells you and asks whether you want to upgrade; nothing is charged in the background.
- The company-email trial is automatic: 30 days of Professional on top of the free plan, with no card. When it ends you are back on Free, and your notes stay.
- Professional is $15 per user per month, or $12 per month billed annually, and removes the recording, transcription and storage limits. Enterprise is $32 per user per month, or $26 billed annually, and adds SSO, the workspace audit log, org-wide policy locks, a custom DPA and a priority SLA.
- Slack, Linear, Notion, Zapier and signed webhooks, and the MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT, are not tied to a paid plan.
