Reline for Windows —
the bot-free AI notepad.
Reline runs as a native Windows app that records your meetings without sending a bot into the call. It captures system audio and your microphone locally, so nothing ever joins your Teams or Zoom meeting.

Everything a meeting needs, on Windows
Reline for Windows is the desktop app for people whose calls live in Microsoft Teams and Zoom. It records what you hear and what you say, on your own PC — no notetaker bot requesting to join, and nothing for IT to block.
Bot-free capture — WASAPI loopback records system audio plus your mic locally; no participant is ever added to the call.
Works when bots are blocked — Reline never joins the meeting, so there's nothing for your IT policy to deny.
Records Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex — anything that plays through your speakers.
Speaker-attributed transcripts in 60+ languages, auto-detected.
Citation-backed summaries — every line links back to the exact moment in the transcript.
Reusable Lenses turn a call into a follow-up email, JIRA tickets, or a BANT breakdown.
A Notion-grade collaborative notepad with folders and RAG chat across every meeting.
Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit), a native desktop app you download and install.
How bot-free capture works on Windows
Reline uses WASAPI loopback — the Windows audio API that lets an app record exactly what your speakers are playing — and mixes it with your microphone, entirely on your PC. It's the same idea as a screen recording: the audio is captured on your machine, so nothing is injected into the meeting and no extra participant appears in the call.
Record Microsoft Teams without a bot
Many organizations block third-party Teams notetaker bots. Reline sidesteps that entirely: it never asks to join the call, so there's no bot for IT to deny. You run your Teams meeting normally and Reline records it locally — and you still get a speaker-labeled transcript and a citation-backed summary.
Honest about what is local and what is cloud
Capture is local on your PC. Transcription, AI summaries, and storage (Cloudflare R2) run in the cloud — Reline does not claim on-device AI. Your audio and transcripts are never used to train third-party models.
Any meeting app, plus in-person
Because Reline records what your computer plays rather than joining a specific platform, it works across Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, and in-person conversations too — anything your PC can play through its speakers. You're not tied to one platform's bot or API.
Multilingual out of the box
Reline transcribes 60+ languages and auto-detects the language of the meeting, so a bilingual or non-English call is captured accurately. Add a workspace or personal glossary for names, acronyms, and product jargon.

Reline for Windows, answered
- Does Reline join my Teams or Zoom call as a bot?
- No. Reline records system audio and your microphone locally on Windows; nothing joins the meeting and no participant is added to the call.
- Does it work if my company blocks meeting bots?
- Yes — because Reline never joins the call, there's no bot for IT to block. It records on your own machine instead.
- Which Windows versions are supported?
- Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). Reline is a native desktop app you download and install; there is also a full web app.
- Is my audio processed on my device?
- Capture is local. Transcription, AI summaries, and storage run in the cloud (Cloudflare R2), so Reline doesn't claim on-device AI.
- What languages does it transcribe?
- 60+ languages, auto-detected. You can add a glossary for names and jargon to improve accuracy.
- Do I have to tell people I'm recording?
- Often yes — consent rules vary by jurisdiction. Bot-free removes the visible bot, not your duty to get consent. Tell participants and get agreement before recording.
