By creating a Reline account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Reline records audio, transcribes it, generates AI summaries, and stores the result in workspaces you control. We deliver the service through web (any modern browser) and a macOS desktop app.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity in your account. Tell us at security@reline.so if you suspect unauthorized access.

You're responsible for obtaining consent from every participant whose audio you record. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction; in many regions, all parties must consent before a recording begins. Reline provides the technical means to record — you remain the controller of the recording and the consent.

You agree not to:

• Use Reline to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to break our security, or interfere with other users.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.
• Reverse-engineer the service except where we cannot lawfully prohibit it.
• Generate content that violates the AI providers' usage policies.

You own the content you upload, record, and generate in Reline. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as required to operate the service.

We do not use your audio or transcripts to train third-party models. See the privacy policy for details on how content flows through sub-processors.

Free plan: 1 hour of recording per note, 10 hours of transcription per user per month. Paid plans (Pro, Teams) bill monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Annual plans receive a discount versus monthly.

Pro-rated refunds are available within 14 days of the first paid charge if the service hasn't met your expectations. After that, plans are non-refundable but can be downgraded or cancelled at any time.

You can delete your account at any time from settings, or by emailing support@reline.so.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten the security of the service, or fail to pay. We'll give notice and an opportunity to cure where reasonable.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability for claims arising out of these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law gives you the right to a different forum.

We update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are emailed and announced in the changelog. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
