How to turn meeting notes
into slides with AI

Open the meeting in Reline, make a deck, and pick a format, a length and a look. Reline writes the slides from the whole meeting, and each point can cite the moment it was said. Edit any slide, present it, or export it to PDF or PowerPoint.

How it works

Four steps, one meeting or a whole folder

  1. 1

    Capture the meeting

Reline records your mic and the call audio on your computer, or in the browser, and transcribes it live. No bot joins the call.

  2. 2

    Pick the source

Choose one meeting, or a folder to make one deck from every meeting in it.

  3. 3

Choose a format, a length and a look

Client recap, Status update, Proposal or Research readout; 5 to 6, 8 to 10 or 12 to 14 slides; one of 30 looks or your own colours.

  4. 4

    Check, change and share

Press play on a citation to hear the moment, edit any slide by hand, present full screen, export to PDF or PowerPoint, or share a link.

Formats and looks

Four formats, thirty looks

Every deck starts from a format that fits the meeting, then wears one of 30 looks in light, dark and colour families, or your own ground and accent colours.

  • Client recap

Decisions and next steps, after a client call.

  • Status update

    Progress, numbers and risks.

  • Proposal

What you heard and what you suggest.

  • Research readout

What you found, in people's own words.

Why a deck from the meeting beats a deck from memory

A recap deck is usually written the next morning from memory. Reline writes it from the meeting itself, every transcript line and your typed notes, so the decision on slide four is the decision that was made. When someone asks where a number came from, press play on its citation and hear it.

One deck from a whole folder

Put a quarter of weekly calls, or every interview in a study, in one folder and make one deck from all of them. Reline reads each meeting in full, however many the folder holds. When new meetings land, Update says how many and adds what they said.

Which format to choose

Client recap: decisions and next steps, after a client call. Status update: progress, numbers and risks. Proposal: what you heard and what you suggest. Research readout: what you found, in people's own words.

What it does not do yet

There is no Google Slides export: decks export to PDF or PowerPoint. Every deck starts from one of four formats rather than a blank page. And Reline works from what it captured: it does not join or record a call you did not record.

Frequently asked

Meeting notes to slides, answered

Can AI turn meeting notes into slides?
Yes. In Reline you pick a meeting or a folder of meetings, choose a format, a length and a look, and it writes the slide deck from the whole meeting. Points can cite the moment they were said, and you can edit, present or export the deck to PDF or PowerPoint.
Can I make one deck from several meetings?
Yes. Make the deck from a folder and Reline reads every meeting in it, however many it holds.
Can I export to PowerPoint or Google Slides?
PowerPoint, yes. Export PowerPoint saves a .pptx file whose text you can edit, in the deck's colours and with your speaker notes, and a cited point keeps its citation as a small label. There is no Google Slides export. Decks also export to PDF, one 16:9 slide per page: the desktop app saves the file, and on the web you choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.
What if the meeting changes after I make the deck?
When the transcript, the notes or the folder changes, an Update button appears and says what changed. Update brings the deck up to date, and Restore puts back the previous version.
How many decks can I make for free?
1 a day, up to 10 a month, plus 10 slide rewrites a day. Professional and Enterprise set no daily or monthly limit on decks, only a high daily fair-use ceiling.
Can I share or present a deck?
Present full screen from Reline, or share a public link when your workspace allows it. A shared deck can be presented from the link.
Can I change slides by asking?
Yes. Ask the deck to shorten a slide, change its layout, or add, move or remove slides. A recent change can be undone in one click.
