How to turn a meeting
into a mind map with AI
Open the meeting in Reline, make a drawing, and pick a mind map, a flow, a timeline or a who-owns-what map. Reline draws it from the whole meeting on a hand-drawn canvas you can keep editing, and each item can cite the moment it was said.
Four steps from meeting to drawing
- 1
Capture the meeting
Reline records your mic and the call audio on your computer, or in the browser, and transcribes it live. No bot joins the call.
- 2
Pick a meeting or a folder
One drawing can read every meeting in a folder.
- 3
Choose what to draw
A mind map, a flow, a timeline or who owns what. You can add one line on what to focus on, or start from a blank canvas and choose "Draw from this meeting" later. What you drew is kept as a version you can restore.
- 4
Edit, check and export
Move and reword anything by hand, press play on a citation to hear the moment, and download PNG or SVG, or copy it as an image.
Four ways to see a meeting
Each one is drawn from the whole meeting, and each item can cite the moment behind it.
Mind map
The topics the meeting covered, with what was said or decided under each.
Flow
A process or decision path someone described, from start to end, with labelled branches at each decision.
Timeline
The events, milestones and deadlines that were said, in order.
Who owns what
Each person named for a task, with their tasks and the due dates that were said.
What a Reline drawing gives you
A hand-drawn canvas you keep editing by hand.
Each item can cite up to three meeting moments, and a moment plays when you click it.
Update when new meetings land in the folder; Regenerate, or Restore the previous version.
Download PNG or SVG, or copy as an image.
Share a public link when your workspace allows it.
Ask the drawing to add, connect, reword, restyle, arrange, frame or remove shapes, or ask "What's missing?". A recent change made by Ask can be undone.
Ask for a general diagram beside the meeting's (an architecture, a kanban, a login flow). It is drawn from general knowledge and carries no citations.

A meeting is easier to see than to scroll
An hour-long transcript holds the plan, but nobody reads it twice. A mind map shows the topics at a glance, a flow shows the process someone talked through, a timeline shows what is due when, and who owns what shows each person's tasks. Each one comes from the whole meeting, and each item can cite the moment behind it.
Keep drawing on it
The drawing is not a picture you throw away. Drag, reword, add arrows and sticky notes by hand, and everyone with the drawing open sees the changes.
One drawing for a whole project
Make a drawing from a folder, and Update redraws it from the meetings that landed since, keeping the earlier version to restore.
What it does not do
It draws only what the meeting holds: a timeline has no item without a date that was said, and who owns what appears only when people were named for tasks.
Meeting to mind map, answered
- Can AI make a mind map from a meeting?
- Yes. In Reline, pick a meeting or a folder and choose Mind map. It draws the topics and what was said under each, and items can cite the moment they were said.
- What kinds of diagrams can Reline draw from a meeting?
- Four: a mind map of the topics, a flow of a process or decision, a timeline of dates and deadlines, and who owns what. You can also start from a blank canvas.
- Can I edit the drawing?
- Yes. Move, reword and redraw anything by hand on the canvas, and everyone with the drawing open sees the changes.
- Does it work with several meetings?
- Yes. Make the drawing from a folder and it reads every meeting in it. When new meetings land, Update redraws it, and Restore puts back the previous version.
- How do I export it?
- Download PNG or SVG, or copy it as an image to paste anywhere.
- Is it free?
- Free includes 1 AI drawing a day, up to 10 a month. Professional and Enterprise set no daily or monthly limit on drawings, only a high daily fair-use ceiling. Drawing by hand and blank drawings never count.
- Does it work in my language?
- Transcription covers 60+ languages with automatic detection, and the drawing is written in the language of the meeting, or in the language you set for AI writing.
- Can I change the drawing by asking?
- Yes. Ask it to add, connect, reword or rearrange shapes, or ask "What's missing?". You can also ask for a general diagram, such as an architecture, which is drawn from general knowledge and carries no meeting facts. A recent change made by Ask can be undone. Free includes 10 Ask requests a day.
