- The 60 languages you can pick as your preferred language: Afrikaans, Albanian, Arabic, Azerbaijani, Basque, Belarusian, Bengali, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Filipino (Tagalog), Finnish, French, Galician, German, Greek, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Kazakh, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Malay, Malayalam, Marathi, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, Vietnamese and Welsh.
- Automatic detection is the default. Reline's speech engine tags the language as it hears it, so a switch mid-meeting, even mid-sentence, is handled. The transcript keeps each language as spoken; it is not a translation.
- A preferred language is a hint, not a lock. Set it in the transcript panel or in settings when most of your meetings are in one language, to help with names and technical terms. It applies to all your recordings, not one note.
- Summaries have their own language setting. They can follow the transcript's main language or one you pick from a much longer list than the transcription set, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese. Ask a question in chat and the answer comes back in the language you typed.
- The app's interface is in seven languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Arabic, with Arabic shown right to left.
- Every language is on every plan, Free included. The audio is kept with the note, so when a name or number looks wrong in any language, press play on the line and hear it. Capture is local; transcription, AI summaries and storage run in the cloud.
