What is a bot-free notetaker?
A bot-free notetaker records and transcribes your meetings without sending an automated participant into the call. Instead of a bot that joins and shows up in the attendee list, it captures audio locally on your own device. Reline is a bot-free notetaker for macOS, Windows, the web, and Linux (beta).

The details
- The benefit is privacy and naturalness: no visible recorder changes how people talk, and nothing joins meetings where bots aren't allowed.
- Bot-free refers to capture — the audio is recorded on your machine — while transcription and AI summarization still run securely in the cloud.
- Reline turns that capture into speaker-separated transcripts, AI summaries next to the kept recording, and reusable Lenses.
