Can I export my meeting notes and the audio?
Yes. In Reline, every note has one Export action that bundles the note as Markdown, the audio recording, and any generated templates into a folder. PDF is added when you export from the desktop app. Your data is also reachable by API, webhooks and the MCP server, so nothing is locked in.

The details
- Export is one dialog, not three menus. Pick the formats you want, Markdown or PDF, and the extras, the audio file and the generated templates such as a summary or action items. Reline writes everything into one folder named after the note.
- Markdown is the portable copy. The note body is converted to Markdown, and each template is written as its own section. Rich blocks such as tables and images are simplified to text in the Markdown version, so keep the PDF or the original note if layout matters.
- PDF is produced by the desktop app, which renders the note and prints it. In the browser you get a ZIP with Markdown and audio, and a print view for a PDF from your own browser.
- The audio comes out as the original recording file next to the note, so it plays in any player and can be archived wherever your company keeps records.
- For anything automated, use the API. A workspace API key gives you notes and folders over REST, signed webhooks for note and action-item events, and an MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor read the same data with your permissions.
- Deleting is the other half of ownership. Removing a note deletes its audio from storage, and deleting your account cascades through everything tied to it.
