Reline for
customer success
Reline records your customer calls, QBRs, and onboarding sessions straight off your device with no bot in the meeting, then gives you cited summaries and a chat you can ask across every call an account has ever had.
Account context lives in twelve different places and none of them are searchable
You're managing dozens of accounts, each with a trail of QBRs, check-ins, and onboarding calls. The detail that matters is buried in a recording you'll never rewatch or a note you forgot to take.
A customer reopens a pricing objection they raised two calls ago, and you have no record of what was actually said or who promised what.
Follow-ups get agreed on the call and then quietly dropped because nobody wrote them down before the next meeting started.
A teammate covers your account while you're out and has zero usable history to catch up on, so the customer repeats themselves.
Prepping for a QBR means scrubbing through three hours of old recordings instead of getting a straight answer to one question.
No bot shows up to your customer's meeting
Reline captures both sides of the call by recording your microphone and the system audio locally on your machine. There's no participant named "Notetaker" sitting in the call, no consent-bot prompt your customer has to puzzle over, and nothing that makes a renewal conversation feel surveilled. It works the same on Zoom, Meet, Teams, a phone bridge, or a call you take in person. Capture happens on your device; transcription and AI run in the cloud, so this isn't on-device AI, but no bot ever joins the room.

Ask what an account said, not where you filed it
Every call becomes a searchable transcript with an AI summary, and every line in that summary links back to the exact moment it came from, so you can click and hear it. The RAG chat runs across notes, folders, and your whole workspace, which means you can ask "what did this account say about pricing over the last three calls" and get an answer pulled from all of them. Save the prompts you reuse, like a QBR recap or a renewal-risk readout, as Lenses you run on any call.
Follow-ups land where your team already works
When a call surfaces an action item, push it to Slack, Linear, or Notion without retyping it. The cited summary makes the handoff honest because the person picking it up can see exactly what was said, not your paraphrase three hours later. Reline doesn't connect to Salesforce or HubSpot today, so it's a working layer over your calls rather than a CRM replacement.
One account history your whole team can read
Calls live in a real Notion-style notepad you and your teammates can edit together in real time, organized into folders per account. Transcription is multilingual with auto-detect across 60+ languages, so an onboarding call in Spanish or German is captured the same as one in English. Speaker labels are Me versus Other (your mic versus everyone else on the system audio), not named diarization, so you'll know which side said what without per-person name tags. Everything is private by default with five permission levels, and team plans add an audit log, with SSO available on request.

Customer success questions
- Will my customer see a bot or know they're being recorded?
- No bot ever joins the call. Reline records your mic and the call audio locally from your own machine, so there's no extra participant in the meeting. You should still tell customers you're recording where that's expected or required, but the tool itself adds nothing visible to their screen.
- Can I really ask one question across several of an account's calls?
- Yes. The RAG chat searches across notes, folders, and your workspace, so a question like "what has this account said about pricing recently" pulls from every relevant call, not just the one you have open. Answers trace back to the cited transcript moments so you can verify before you act.
- Does it label who said what?
- Reline separates your microphone (labeled Me) from everyone else on the call (labeled Other), since both streams are captured on your device. It does not do named per-speaker diarization, so on a multi-person QBR you'll see one Other side rather than each individual participant tagged by name.
- How do follow-ups get out of the call and to my team?
- You can push action items and notes to Slack, Linear, or Notion directly from a call. Reline doesn't integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot, so it sits alongside your CRM rather than replacing it. Calendar sync with Google and Microsoft is read-only, used to line your recordings up with the right meeting.
- Is there a mobile app for calls I take on the go?
- Not yet. Reline runs as a desktop app on macOS, Windows, and Linux, plus the web app, and there's no mobile app today. For a call you take away from your computer, you'd capture it from a desktop or web session rather than a phone.
